Returns Policy

1.If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 30 days to get a replacement or refund. Buyers should be responsible for the cost of return shipping charge. Before sending the item back, please contact us.

2.If any goods received are visibly damaged or different to what was described, please email us within 48 hours upon its arrival. We are happy to arrange an exchange.

3.We will offer replacement or refund (base on different condition to issue partial or full refund) for all DEFECTIVE items (not including damage resulting from accidents/abuse/misuse/improper care). A photo is needed for our reference beforehand.

4.All returned items should be sent in original package and not influence our Second selling.
